If you are using the hosted telephone system solution and want Group Pickup turned on, simply send an email to support@virion.com.au requesting the feature. If you are using a PBX box in your office you may need to consult your Onsite Consultant. 

Once the Group Pickup feature is activated you can answer any phone in your organisation by lifting your handset and typing in the group pickup 3 digit code of 123.
